Grant Description:
We are requesting two kilns for Truckee Elementary. The kiln we have is not repairable and we are a school that loves art! Ceramics is a wonderful medium in the arts, and we have a staff who enjoy working with clay with our students! We have not been without a kiln for two years, and it has been heartbreaking. Working with clay is outstanding, and our students would thrive, if given the opportunity to be creative and make beautiful artwork!
